Clinical Immunology Society (CIS)

2017 Annual Meeting: Immune Deficiency and Dysregulation North American Conference

*The Final Program is Now Available*

CIS Summer School, Second Edition: Cases and Controversies

The new pre-conference session being offered by the Clinical Immunology Society will allow participants the opportunity to learn from real-life PID cases, covering a wide scope of issues and management techniques. Short didactics on related subjects will also be provided by the faculty to further enhance learning around the topics presented. This program is primarily designed to optimize patient care.

Registration is open to anyone who wishes to attend; you will not have to present a case to participate. Space is limited--register by March 6 to ensure your spot.

One of the primary aims of this session is to provide a networking opportunity to attendees. We will use this session to create a source of information on shared experiences and trends in the field of primary immune deficiency. The density of information is very high and to provide for ongoing learning, we will allow participants to access the PowerPoint presentations on the CIS website following the school.

We have found that the networking aspect also fosters research interactions, advances patient advocacy, and intersects diverse individuals working in the field in collaborative ways to advance work on primary immune deficiencies across all facets
