The Early Career Immunologists of CIS are dedicated to bring resources and conversation that will help you in the development of your career. CIS is so dedicated to the development of Early Career members, that there is even an Early Career Immunologists (ECI) Committee. The ECI Committee is dedicated to the development and success of CIS members, and assist in this development through several initiatives including:

• Planning and organizing of the CIS Case Conference Webinar Series
• Organizing and hosting a reception for Early Career Immunologists at the CIS Annual Meeting
• Developing career development opportunities at the Annual Meeting
• Engage in conversation through the ECI-FIT Listserv, specific for Early Career Immunologists.
