Recognize a Mentor

If there is someone who has made a significant impact on your career and you would like to thank them publicly, now is your chance!

The CIS leadership and Foundation Committee realize that the society is nothing without its members and its members are nothing without the mentors who have helped them along the way. Let’s give those mentors the recognition they deserve!

In an effort to support the CIS Foundation, while also recognizing our long-standing dedicated mentors, please join us in participating in the Recognize Your Mentor program. Individuals can pay homage to their peers or mentors by purchasing space on the CIS Website. Within this space, members can choose to share a memory, a photo, and/or a grateful message. Recognize someone who has made your time with CIS important and special, while also supporting the CIS Foundation.

• Bronze Level ($25) 
  • Recognition on the CIS Website with a statement of up to 50 words
• Silver Level ($50) 
  • Recognition on the CIS Website with a statement of up to 100 words
• Gold Level ($100)
  • Recognition on the CIS Website with a Photo & statement of up to 50 words
• Platinum Level ($250) 
  • Recognition on the CIS Website with a Photo and statement of unlimited words 

Statements and photos will remain on the CIS Website until soliciting starts again for the 2024 campaign. 

 

*Both the Recognize a Mentor form and your donation must be received no later than April 12th, 2023 to be included within this campaign. Donations made without a corresponding form may be not recorded as a part of the Recognize a Mentor Program.*
